TERMS & CONDITIONSBOOKING AND PAYING

When we accept your booking we will send you a confirmation details by fax or e-mail within 7 days of your booking being made. You need to check the details when you get it by e-mail or fax you must make sure all the details are correct. Deposit must be received within 7 (seven) days of booking. You must pay the ""rest of the balance (of the holiday and travel arrangements or travel arrangements at least 6 (six) weeks before your departure date. If you book within 6 (six) weeks of leaving you must pay the total price of the holiday and travel arrangements when you book. If we do not receive your payment the price of your holiday and travel arrangements by the date it is due, we may cancel your booking of the holiday and travel arrangements. If we do this we can keep all deposits you have paid and you will have to pay a cancellation charge.

IF YOU WISH TO MAKE CHANGES

If you want to change any of the details of your booking after we have confirmed it, we will do our best to help you, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this. We charge 30.Euro; 35.USD; £25 for each person on the booking for each item you want to change to cover our administration costs. However if you wish to make any changes within 6 (six) weeks of departure, we may ask you to pay cancellation charges shown on the scale below.

IF YOU CANCEL

If you want to cancel your travel arrangements, you must send us a cancellation instruction in writing. We will cancel your booking from the date we receive and acknowledge your written instruction to do so. You should send any notice of cancellation by recorded delivery post or by fax. We will work out cancellation charges as set out below. Leave within which we receive written notice

IF WE MAKE CHANGES OF CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

From time to time it may be necessary to make changes to, our cancel your holiday and travel arrangements after we have accepted your booking and we reserve the right to do so. Most changes are minor and in all cases we will tell you, as soon as possible before the date on which you are due to depart. Occasionally we may need to make a Major change, if we do make any major changes, you must let us know as soon as possible if you wish to accept the changes or cancel the holiday and travel arrangements with a fail refund, Where we have accepted your booking and we find that we have to cancel it before it is due to start for any reason other (hand fault or, where you cancel the holiday and travel arrangements.

Because you do not wish to accept a major change by us, you can either:
a) Accept a changed agreements, or
b) Purchase another holiday and travel arrangements from us, or
c) Cancel you holiday and travel arrangements.
Important Note: We cannot accept any liability or responsibility and order compensation in circumstances where the performance of the agreement is prevented by Reasons, Such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, earthquakes, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions and other events beyond our control, Travel Ephesus reserves the right to change or alter these publish tours without any prior notification.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We accept responsibility for any death, bodily injury or illnesses caused to you as a result of the proven negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers, and sub-contractors and their servants and/or agents while acting within the scope of, or in the course of, their employment, we also accept responsibilities for any damage caused to you as a result of any failure to perform, or improper performance of the service we have agreed top provide to you, Accept where such failure or performance of the services we have agreed to provide to you, accept where such failure or improper performance is not our fault or that of suppliers:

a) such failure is attributable to you or a member of your party.
b) such failure is attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services to be provided to you and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
c) such failure is due to force majeure (see important notes)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

You must insure that you and the rest of the party have valid passports and any appropriate visas. You should check which vaccinations are required for your chosen destinations with your doctor, if you are hiring a car make sure your driving license is valid and comply with all local requirements. You must be responsible for the behavior of yourself and your party, we can refuse to accept you as a customer or refuse to continue dealing with you if your behavior is, in our opinion, or hotelier or other authority, disruptive, dangerous or annoying to other people or property, we will not pay any refund or any cost incurred by you if your behavior is unacceptable. You must tell us if you have an existing medical problem or disability, which may require assistance before you book your holiday and travel arrangements Airline requirements state that women 28 weeks or more into pregnancy at the time of return travel must have a doctor's certification that they are fit to travel. Nominally permission to travel refused after 32 weeks.

ACCOMODATION AND RATING

The relevant authorities in each country set official ratings. Different countries have different criteria for rating hotel and holiday and travel arrangements accommodation and therefore a 3 Star hotel in once country will not necessary offer the same facilities as a 3 star hotel elsewhere. To help you in your choice of accommodation we have devised a rating system based upon the opinion of our managers in the TURKEY and our representatives. There may be guests from other countries staying at your accommodation and therefore facilities and entertainment may vary according to the variety and ages of such guests. Some hotels have twin or double-bedded rooms where a third or fourth bed can be added, in most cases the 3"' or 4" bed may be a camp bed or a divan and the room may well run out of space,

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT

We aim to provide you with an enjoyable holiday and travel arrangements, but if a problem should arise you must report it immediately to our local representatives or the supplier of that Service so that we are given an opportunity to resolve the problem on the spot. If you remain dissatisfied you must then notify us in writing by recorded delivery ouoting your date of departure and booking reference within 14 days of your rectum from your holiday and travel arrangements. We will not accept liability for any complaints reported to our agent/representatives or suppliers in the resort not for any complaints received in our office after 14 days period. We always aim to resolve any complaints amicably

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We will do our best to pass on any special requests to the appropriate persons/suppliers. However we cannot guarantee that special requests will be met.
